PSG talent Desire Doue has sent a message full of confidence ahead of the Champions League round of 16 clash against Liverpool.
In an interview with Telefoot, the “Golden Boy 2025” winner stated that the optimism of the French giant is so high that they believe they will win the Champions League.
“We know we can win the Champions League again. We want to make history once again. We are hungry and we will show that.”
The 20-year-old also recalled with nostalgia the encounter against “The Reds” last season, when he scored the decisive penalty at “Anfield”, after a 1-1 draw on aggregate (PSG won 4-1 on penalties).
Meanwhile, defender Lucas Hernandez has also confirmed that everyone is ready for Liverpool.
“We are all very optimistic… and also ready.”
Meanwhile, the first quarterfinal match takes place at “Parc de Princes” this Wednesday from 21:00.
