Real Madrid Won’t Stop at Cucurella – Flo Perez Wants More Signings

News

Real Madrid continues to move strongly in the transfer market, as the new project under Jose Mourinho is taking shape even before the official opening of the summer transfer window.

After reaching agreements for Ibrahima Konate, Denzel Dumfries and Bernardo Silva, the Madrid club has also secured the transfer of left-back Marc Cucurella.

According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, club president Florentino Perez does not consider the transfer window closed and intends to bring in several more reinforcements, including a big name of the “Galactico” category, before the transfer window closes.

Cucurella is expected to join the Spanish giants for a total fee of 60 million euros, strengthening the defensive department before Mourinho officially takes office on July 13.

The Portuguese coach has signed a three-year contract with the club from Santiago Bernabeu, while his technical staff will also include former Real Madrid midfielder Sami Khedira, who will serve as Mourinho’s assistant.

With four important approaches already secured and plans for other prestigious transfers, Real Madrid’s summer promises to be one of the most spectacular in European football.
