Barcelona are actively exploring the market for a versatile full-back ahead of the summer transfer window, and one of the names that has caught the eye is Juventus’ Andrea Cambiaso.
With uncertainty surrounding Joao Cancelo’s future and the possible return of Hector Bellerin from loan, Barcelona are looking to strengthen both sides of the defence.
Injuries to Alejandro Balde and Jules Kounde have exposed the lack of depth, increasing the urgency for reinforcements.
Cambiasso has been a consistent player this season, with 39 appearances, three goals and four assists, and can play on either side of the defence, offering important tactical flexibility for the manager.
