Arsenal Officially Send Offer for THREE Newcastle Players

News

Arsenal are currently monitoring three players from the same Premier League club, ahead of a potential summer of big spending in the transfer window.

The Gunners are currently top of the Premier League, nine points ahead of nearest rivals Manchester City.

Manager Mikel Arteta is aiming to end a personal six-year trophy drought and win Arsenal’s first league title since 2004.

According to TeamTALK , sporting director Andrea Berta is interested in raiding Newcastle United for three of their most valuable stars.

Anthony Gordon, Tino Livramento and Sandro Tonali are on the list of interest, with striker Gordon being the London club’s main target.

The England international has previously been on Liverpool’s radar and is considered an asset that could be sold by Newcastle, who are expected to be forced to make several departures in the coming months.

Gordon is said to be keen to work under Arteta and is ready to compete at the highest level. Newcastle are expected to miss out on Champions League qualification, and that has not gone unnoticed by the 25-year-old’s entourage

As for Livramento, he has previously been on Manchester City’s radar, while Tonali is also attracting interest from Europe’s elite clubs.

To fund these transfers, Arsenal will have to be tough on some current squad players.

Among the players who could leave are academy products Myles Lewis-Skelly and Ethan Nwaneri.
