This afternoon a plane crashed near Zagreb in Ježdovac. The plane crashed not far from the runway immediately after takeoff.
Firefighters managed to locate the scene of the accident, and Civil Protection confirmed that one person died. According to their announcement, there were five passengers in the aircraft.
According to Croatian media, one body was found under the wreckage of the plane, three were injured, and one person is allegedly still being searched for.
According to the Croatian media, there were paratroopers in the plane that crashed, who are military personnel, so the entire rescue operation, as well as the investigation of the crash, will be undertaken by the army
