Bayern Munich is preparing for a hot summer in the transfer market, where changes to the squad could be profound.
The leaders of the Bavarian club do not rule out the approach of a big star, but initially aim to secure income through the sale of several players.
CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has left open the possibility of a sensational transfer, while sporting director Max Eberl is expected to lead the departures process.
According to German media, up to seven players could leave the Allianz Arena. This list includes Kim Min-jae, Joao Palhinha, Bryan Zaragoza, Sacha Boey, Daniel Peretz, Arijon Ibrahimovic and Alexander Nubel.
Many of these players are currently on loan, including Palhinha (Tottenham Hotspur), Zaragoza (Roma), Boey (Galatasaray) and Peretz (Southampton). The latter two are expected to have their current clubs exercise their purchase options.
The situation remains unclear for goalkeeper Nübel, who is on loan at VfB Stuttgart, while the future of young talent Ibrahimovic is still under discussion within the club.
Meanwhile, although Kim Min-jae has expressed satisfaction with his current role, he continues to be considered a candidate for sale. Other reports suggest that Hiroki Ito could also be on the list of departures.
Bayern aims to create financial space through these sales for new signings, including replacing Nicolas Jackson, who is expected to return to Chelsea after his loan ends.
The summer is expected to be crucial for the new leadership of the Bavarian club, which aims to maintain its dominance in the Bundesliga and make a strong return to the European arena.
