Graham Potter will be the new manager of London Chelsea. The current leader of Brighton received permission from the club to agree with the Blues, the agreement has been reached, and the officialization of the transfer should arrive in the next hours.
From the first moment that Thomas Tuchel was fired, the 47-year-old Potter was mentioned as the first candidate to take over the post. For him, Chelsea will have to pay about 18 million euros to Brighton.
Potter will make his Chelsea bench debut on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. against Fulham.
By the way, Potter managed the Swedish Ostersunds from 2011 to 2018. When he took over the team, it was in the fourth league, and when he left in 2018, they were already stable in the first league and since then they have been regularly in the elite.
