Bayern Munich appear to be in a moment of crisis in the championship, as the 1-0 loss to Augsburg recorded a fourth consecutive game without a win, something that had not happened to the reigning German champions since the 2001-2002 season, so 21 years ago.

Speaking to the media after Saturday’s game, Bayern coach Julian Nagelsmann put the blame on his players.
“It is not so easy to find the right words. We had many chances. We play the ball very carelessly. I will think about it and then we will see how it will go,” said the 35-year-old, while at no time during the conference did he take responsibility for himself.
