Jessica Alba and Cash Warren have officially finalized an agreement regarding the custody of their three children, bringing a major chapter of their relationship to a close.
According to court documents, the former couple will share both legal and physical custody of their children. The decision comes months after Alba filed for divorce earlier this year.
In February 2025, Alba submitted the divorce request, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. She also listed December 27, 2024, as the date when the couple officially separated.
During the legal process, Alba asked for joint custody of their children and requested that her legal name, Jessica Marie Alba, be restored.
After the news about their divorce began circulating, Alba confirmed it herself on Instagram. In a heartfelt message, she explained that she had been on a long journey of self-discovery and transformation, both personally and during her partnership with Warren.
She wrote that she was proud of the growth they experienced during their 20-year relationship and marriage, but felt it was time for both of them to begin a new chapter of personal growth as individuals.
