“I always thought about getting another piercing, but I never did,” she explained. “I had a second hole before I had kids, but then I got lazy and stopped wearing earrings.”
Inspired by younger women around her — including her daughters — she decided to finally go for it.
“I planned just a few. But while I was sitting there, I kept saying, ‘Oh, put one here… and maybe one there… why not one more?’ And before I knew it, I had 10 piercings in one session,” she laughed.
According to Michelle, the procedure wasn’t painful at all — but what happened next was unexpected.
Barack Needed Three Days
Michelle joked that it took Barack several days to even notice the dramatic change.
“He said, ‘You haven’t tied your hair back, you’ve been wearing it down.’ And I told him, ‘I don’t know… you sleep next to me every night!’”
It reportedly took him three full days to realize she had ten new piercings.
