Unusual scenes come from football in Romania, where the match between Voluntari and Bihor in the second league will be remembered for a rare and somewhat absurd event in its final minutes.
According to renowned Romanian sports journalist Emanuel Rosu, heavy rainfall had severely damaged the field, turning it into complete mud and making it difficult for the game to play normally.
The situation came to a head shortly before the end of the match, when one of the players suffered a serious injury.
The ambulance immediately entered the field to provide first aid, but due to the difficult terrain, it became stuck in the mud.
In an unusual scene, players from both teams were forced to join forces to push the ambulance and get it off the field.
Rosu shared photos from this moment on the social network X, describing the situation with the words: “This is surreal, even for Romanian football standards.”
