Teyana Taylor and Aaron Pierre have ended their relationship after less than a year, exclusive sources tell Page Six.
The breakup follows a wave of unconfirmed online rumors suggesting the pair had gone their separate ways. While the reason for the split remains unclear, sources say the two have decided to pursue separate paths.
Taylor has recently earned a Golden Globe nomination for Best Supporting Actress for her latest film, One Battle After Another. Meanwhile, Pierre’s upcoming slate includes the next Star Wars installment, Star Wars: Starfighter, in which he will star alongside Ryan Gosling, as well as the forthcoming DC Studios and HBO series Lanterns.
Taylor, who also appears in All’s Fair—a Ryan Murphy project featuring Kim Kardashian—and Pierre, who starred last year in Mufasa: The Lion King, first sparked romance rumors earlier this year. The speculation began after they attended the Fifteen Percent Pledge Gala in Los Angeles in February.
Soon after, the couple appeared together at Vanity Fair’s Oscar Party, and Pierre featured in the trailer for Taylor’s 2025 album Escape Room, where the two shared a passionate kiss.
By June, the pair had made things “Instagram official” when Taylor posted a sweet birthday tribute to Pierre for his 31st birthday, alongside photos from his celebration.
Despite their high-profile appearances and public affection, the relationship has now come to an end, sources confirm.
