The “Devils” won at Sheriff, but after returning to Manchester they felt a negative consequence

Manchester United got through the 2nd round of the Europa League in terms of the result, but not in terms of their stomachs, at least for the majority of their squad.

As “The Sun” reports, at least 12 football players from Manchester United got poisoned from certain food they consumed in Moldova when they visited Sheriff Tiraspol.

The day after the victory in Tiraspol, they felt quite bad, and a good part of them missed the first training after returning to Manchester.

The food poisoning is believed to have taken place in Moldova, but luckily for them there is now a break so no club football for them this weekend as their match against Leeds United has been postponed and they will be fully recovered until the next game.
