The Turkish team has taken the first steps to sign striker Edon Zhegrova from Juventus.
The Kosovo star is said to be leaving the “Old Lady”, with the Italian team not having him in their plans for next season after a disappointing season.
Zhegrova joined Juventus on the final day of the 2025 summer transfer window, signing a €15 million deal.
However, due to constant injuries – Zhegrova failed to prove her quality, while the Italian team wants to get rid of her as soon as possible to get another player who suits Spalletti in that position.
According to “TMW”, several Turkish clubs have expressed interest in the 27-year-old, while Trabzonspor has taken the first steps by officially contacting Juventus regarding Zhegrova.
Negotiations between the parties have not yet begun, but the report adds that Juve are willing to negotiate with anyone for the Kosovar.
Otherwise, Zhegrova is said to have asked Juventus to give her another opportunity to prove her quality, so she is not considering leaving at all.
