(VIDEO) Scary damage/ Player slips, hits the wall and ends up in the hospital!

Chemie Leipzig player (Regionalliga Nordost club in Germany) Japel suffered a scary injury in this weekend’s game against Chemnitzer. As he tried to keep a ball in play on the end line, the footballer slipped as soon as he crossed the field and collided violently with the wall.

For a moment, Japel lost consciousness and was forced to spend the night in the hospital under the care of doctors, while fortunately, the Chemie Leipzig club announced that the player’s condition was optimal and that the collision had not caused any consequences. However, Japel will have to rest until the middle of next week before he can return to the field.
