Barcelona lifted the Spanish Super Cup last night after defeating Real Madrid 3–2 in the final played in Jeddah.
However, shortly after the final whistle, a moment involving Arda Güler became one of the most talked-about topics on social media.
The young Real Madrid midfielder found himself in the spotlight not because of his performance on the pitch, but due to his reaction after the defeat. Just seconds after the match ended, a visibly frustrated Güler attempted to release his anger by kicking a water bottle near the bench. Instead, he slipped and fell backwards in an awkward moment.
Güler quickly got back on his feet and headed straight toward the dressing room, seemingly hoping that no one had noticed the incident. Unfortunately for him, the entire scene was captured on video by a fan in the stands.
