Robert Lewandowski Receives MEGA Offer From Al-Hilal

News

Lewandowski is closing in on a sensational departure from Barcelona as interest from the Middle East intensifies.

The veteran striker is reportedly close to accepting a life-changing financial package to move to the Middle East this summer.

Lewandowski’s future at Camp Nou has been seriously questioned following reports that Saudi giants Al-Hilal have submitted an official contract offer.

According to WP Sportowe Fakty , the Riyadh-based club is determined to secure the services of the 37-year-old, while aiming to strengthen the offensive department with another world icon.

Although several clubs have been linked with the Poland international striker in recent weeks, including Juventus, Milan and MLS team Chicago Fire, Al-Hilal has emerged as the favorite.

The Saudis are reportedly close to reaching an agreement, while sources close to the situation suggest that Lewandowski is “close to accepting” the proposal, which would end his adventure in La Liga.

The size of the offer is truly extraordinary, even by the standards of recent spending in the Saudi Super League. Lewandowski has been offered a staggering €90m per season to accept the move.

“I only have 50 days left on my contract” – Lewandowski admits his Barcelona adventure is coming to an end

This would be without a doubt the biggest contract of his illustrious career, significantly exceeding what he currently earns in Catalonia.

Despite earlier reports from Spanish outlet AS that geopolitical concerns could discourage the striker from a move to the Middle East, it appears that the weight of the financial package has completely changed the situation.
