Chelsea have reached an agreement for the transfer of Strasbourg midfielder Valentin Barco, who is expected to join the Londoners in the summer.
The news was confirmed by transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, who also gave his famous “stamp”.

“The agreement has been reached with the player, while RC Strasbourg will let Barco leave after his impressive improvement this year.”
“Chelsea are ready to proceed with the Argentine midfielder from June,” Romano wrote on Twitter.
According to reports, Chelsea had been working on this transfer since Liam Rosenior was still in charge of Strasbourg, with the then-coach being interested in a reunion with the 21-year-old.
It now remains to be seen what role Xabi Alonso will reserve for the Argentine talent, who also has experience on the left wing of the field.
