Yesterday, after Portugal’s elimination, Pepe managed to find a reason why they lost and reproached FIFA for the delegation of an Argentinian referee to their match.

“We were judged by a judge who comes from a country that is still part of the World Cup and that is quite strange. Our referees in Portugal have the same quality to be part of the WC, but they are not here now. For a good part of the game, the referee was biased. I can say that during the goal for the opponent, before that there was a penalty against me”, says Bruno Fernandes.
Many will not agree with the statement of the Portuguese footballers, because the good game of Morocco cannot be disputed. They really played attacking football and that is to be commended.
