First Results of Mbappe’s Injury are in

News

It seems that the French national football team can breathe a sigh of relief. A few days ago, Real Madrid forward Kylian Mbappe requested a substitution in the match against Betis and it was feared that he had seriously injured his knee.

However, as reported by DAZN, namely journalist Sergio Quirante, the footballer has already undergone an ultrasound to assess the severity of the injury to his left thigh.

“The result was good, but he will undergo an additional magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examination on Monday,” Quirante said.

Despite the positive result of the first examination, the Frenchman is not out of danger.

Real Madrid are virtually out of the title race, 11 points behind Barcelona with just five games remaining, but the injury time is particularly difficult with the World Cup approaching, where Mbappe is France’s mainstay.
