Raphinha has revealed interesting details about his transfer to FC Barcelona, admitting that he had serious interest from two London-based clubs before making his move.
The Brazilian winger said that during his time at Leeds United, he received offers from both a “blue” and a “red” club in London, widely believed to be Chelsea and Arsenal.
Despite the strong interest from the Premier League, Raphinha decided to join Barcelona in 2022, a move he now describes as one of the best decisions of his career.
Since arriving in Spain, he has become an important part of the squad and has helped Barcelona win multiple domestic trophies.
He also added that he remains fully focused on his current club and is not thinking about leaving anytime soon.
