Sessegnon and the fear of Conte: It would have destroyed me if I hadn’t done it!

Tottenham kicked off the Premier League season with a convincing 4-1 home win against Southampton. Two of the protagonists of the match were Ryan Sessegnion and Dejan Kulusevski.
The former Juventus star said after the match: “We are very happy, it was not an easy match. It’s not nice to lose at home and after turning the game around we could have scored more.
“I really like the way this team is playing because we create a lot of chances, the fans are enjoying it and I like playing. It’s nice to be back in front of the fans and families.
“We have a lot of days before the next game and we will be able to recover and train because Chelsea are an incredible team and it will be difficult.”
Sessegnon said: “If I hadn’t scored that goal I think he (Antonio Conte) would have got rid of me to be honest. I want to learn from Ivan Perisic. He has helped me a lot since now and we can help each other to improve.”
