The tragedy occurred at a T20 cricket match held at the Kabul International Cricket Stadium on Friday afternoon, and the blast occurred around 4:30 p.m.
Local authorities indicate that four people were injured in the explosion and that no one was killed, however, the Secretary General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, stated in his tweet that at least 19 civilians died in the terrorist attack.
