Federico Valverde returned to Real Madrid training today (Friday) for the first time since his dressing room altercation with Aurelien Tchouameni.
The incident left the Uruguayan midfielder with a head injury. While it was initially expected that he would be out for up to two weeks, he has returned to group training earlier than expected.
It is the official website of the royal club itself that has posted a photo of Valverde from the last training session.
Valverde is now expected to be available for the final La Liga matches against Sevilla and Athletic Bilbao.
Otherwise, Los Blancos imposed fines of 500,000 euros on Valverde and Tchouameni after the fight that shook the entire club.
Furthermore, Valverde’s poor attitude throughout the season has left the dressing room unhappy, with some players wanting him out.
