Benzema missed a good number of games in September with a right leg problem and another injury is certainly not what he needs.
The excellent Frenchman, who won the Ballon d’Or a few days ago, has scored five goals in the last few matches in La Liga so far.
The great scorer played a few days ago against Elche when he was also a scorer, but now he will have to take a break.
Real did not specify how long Benzema will be sidelined, and his injury is certainly something that the French national team does not need considering that there is still a month left until the start of the World Cup.
