The former Arsenal manager was back in England as he led his side to St Mary’s Stadium to face Ralph Hasenhuttl’s Saints.

Thanks to the goals of Yeremy Pino and Gerard Moreno, the La Liga team won 2-1. Southampton’s new signing from Rangers Joe Aribo was the scorer for the hosts.

After the match, Emery was seen posing for photos and signing autographs for fans waiting outside the stadium.

But then things got worse, Telegraph reports.

One fan asked Emery to say “good evening”, referring to his time in charge of Arsenal.

During his reign as the Gunners manager, Emery often started every interview or press conference with the phrase “Good evening” or “Mirëbrëma”, but because of his accent it sounded like he was saying “Good evening”.

As a result, he often found himself the subject of ridicule on social media.

However, despite winning the match, Emery was in no mood to grant the request of this individual who asked him to utter the famous phrase.

In the video, the fan was heard asking: “Can you say ‘Good ebening’?”, while another said: “I think you did very well at Arsenal…”.

Emery was irritated and responded wildly by raising his middle finger at the camera
