Marseille are now very close to an agreement with Inter forward Alexis Sanchez but severance pay must be settled first, according to a report in the French media today.As has been reported by French media outlet La Provence, the interest in the Chilean forward has initially been tentative but the two parties are now very close to finding an agreement which is big news for Inter.
In order for the deal to actually progress to the point of completion, Inter and Alexis Sanchez will need to come to an agreement on severance pay like they did with Arturo Vidal to help facilitate his move to Flamengo recently.The move would give Alexis Sanchez what he wants which is to stay in Europe and play in the Champions League. That is why he has refused so many other moves.It is thought he would want €5 million severance pay to break his contract.
