Bayern Munich Break Real Madrid’s CRAZY Record at Real Madrid

News

Bayern Munich have broken Jose Mourinho’s Real Madrid’s all-time goalscoring record after finishing the Bundesliga season with 122 goals, surpassing the 121 that the Madrid side had achieved in the 2011/12 season.

The record was sealed in the final match of the championship, where Vincent Kompany’s team closed the season with a convincing 5-1 victory over Cologne.

At the heart of this success was Harry Kane, who scored a hat-trick and ended the season with extraordinary figures: 58 goals in 50 games in all competitions. In the Bundesliga, the Englishman scored 36 goals, leaving Erling Haaland and Kylian Mbappé well behind in the race for the “Golden Boot”.

Kane opened the scoring in the 10th minute with a volley from Joshua Kimmich’s assist, and doubled the lead with a header shortly after. Cologne responded temporarily with Said El Malan, but Bayern did not let the game get complicated.

Tom Bischof scored the third goal with a long-range shot, while Kane scored again in the 69th minute to make it 4-1. Finally, Nico Jackson completed the 5-1 victory in the 83rd minute, ending the season on a perfect note.

This match and this record underline Bayern’s dominance in attack under Kompany. Breaking Mourinho’s Real Madrid record gives this season even greater historical value, beyond the title itself.
